parties. The information given is used solely for Inside & Out home and garden to promote new products,
services, and promotions to those who wish to sign up. You will receive monthly and/or bi-weekly
newsletters updating you on new products, services, and special promotions exclusive to mailing list
members only.

To purchase special promotions exclusive to mailing list customers you must be a member of our mailing
list. Friends and family are not able to receive the same promotion, spouses and/or children excluded. If
you are not a member, you may join in-store.

You can remove yourself and your information from our mailing list at any time. A link at the bottom of
each newsletter will allow you to unsubscribe yourself. This will erase your information from our database.
You can also request to be removed either in writing to the address below, by fax, or in person.
